The short, honest version of using GradeTrack. Last updated 3 July 2026.
What GradeTrack is
GradeTrack reads your child's school report cards and turns them into dashboards, plain-English insights, and progress over time. It is a tool for parents; it is not part of any school, and it does not replace talking with your child's teacher.
Accuracy
An AI reads your reports, and AI can occasionally misread something. We show you what we read and let you correct it before saving. Please treat the dashboards as a helpful summary of the report, not a replacement for the report itself, which stays available to you in the app.
Your subscription
Premium is billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription in the app; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong with a charge, get in touch and we will sort it out.
Fair use
GradeTrack is for your own family's reports. Please do not upload documents you do not have the right to use, attempt to access other families' data, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our promises and limits
We work hard to keep GradeTrack available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect.
